Fred: Djarro knew that they only way to spare the hyena clans endless warfare, was to channel their aggression—
Kathy: But that's just it— Hyenas are, by nature, aggressive—
Fred: You're not. I'm not. Your grandfathers aren't. Your father isn't.
Horn: ...and over there is the land of Ferritina the Weasel Queen. People who enter don't come out for weeks.
Sandy: Let's not go there, then.
Kathy: Yeah, and we're all regarded as weirdos.
Fred: An Empress is never regarded as a "weirdo."
B: Gaming The System
Kathy: Ahm, hahm. I think I see what you've got in mind... Sneaky.
Fred: The Brigade, the nobles, the commons— they all would have to obey your edicts, due to the very system we'd be trying to change.
Kathy: You really have thought all this out, haven't you?
Fred: Actually... this is a rather new addition to The Plan...
