A: Forks?!
Fred: As the Duchess's guest of honor, you will get to eat first— no one else is allowed to eat until you sit down. Then the free-for-all begins—
Kathy: Am I gonna hafta memorize which fork to use first?
Fred: HA HA HA HA! "Forks—?!" You mean those effete foreign affectations? Warriors don't use forks!
(Kathy pulls back slightly)
Fred: Don't worry. I'll make sure you have a fork.
Kathy: Dude, you are scary when you laugh!
B: Livin' The Vida Loca
Fred: The food is supposed to be cooked, but don't be surprised if there's something raw on the menu—
Doesn't matter anyway— the chimpanzee said I should eat lots of roughage to clean the nanobots from my system so I'll pass the blood test to be accepted as the Heir to the Duchess.
(Kathy glances sideways at the reader, Fred follows her gaze)
Kathy: Wow. Now there's a sentence most people don't get a chance to say...
