Kathy: I don't understand it. Doctor Bowman gave me those nano-bots and said I'd be stronger than I was before, but I can barely get out of my own way—
Fred: No. The nanobots fixed the damage to your leg and lungs—
Fred: —they did not give you superpowers. What do you think this is, a bloody comic book?

Fred: Now get your gear on and let's get back to training—
Jade: Lieutenant... a word, please?
Jade: She is not one of your soldiers, to be ordered about! You must let her rest!
Fred: She hasn't got time to rest! The duel is in five days! She needs to be ready—
Jade: She isn't like you! She's a civilian—
Fred: Well, that's a problem, isn't it?
Fred: Madam, while I am grateful for your help, I cannot have you undermining my training of The Heir!
Jade: Is this any way to treat the woman you love?
Fred: If I want to save her life— yes!
