Fred: My father knows him... once, he was a respected doctor. But he's been doing experiments in combining the DNA of wolves and chimpanzees in order to create some sort of super-soldier... big, dumb, and bloodthirsty. Hmph. Like one could improve upon hyenas.
Sfx: Rustle!
Fred: Technically he works for the Brigade. We "hired" him to keep his work out of the hands of our rivals. But as far as I know, he's never had a successful experiment. We'd shut him down, but frankly, he scares the bejeezus out of us.
Sfx: Snap! Crackle! Pop!
