Fred: It was most likely meant to discomfit me. She thinks I am too "up tight" and is always playing practical jokes in a misguided attempt to get me to "loosen up." It's... tedious.
Sandy: Gee, Lieutenant... I guess I owe you an apology. When I thought that you were responsible, it was creepy enough...
