Kahakai: He aloha e ka i'a ia 'ai a ka ni'oi 'ai a ka i'a ia 'ai a ka wela wela 'ai a ka puhipuhi!
Sandy: Hai na 'ai 'ia mai 'ai ana ka puana hu a ka pipi ope hiu a ka miki poi hiu aka piha opu!
Kahakai turns to look at Sandy, astonished. Sandy smiles.)
(Kahakai drops the fish and wraps Sandy in a hug)
Kahakai: Auhea ka nahi o ka hui'aha i ka'ona e'olelo i ka makou 'olelo!!!
Sandy (to Kathy): This— is— why— I— like— otters!
