Helen: What's going on? Who's this poor fellow?
Kathy: The Lieutenant here works for my Gramma Penny. He's so scared of her, he fell down in submission when he found out who I am.
Helen: Um, in all fairness, Kathy — your grandmother is pretty scary!
Bo: Yeah, she's got this serious Darth Vader vibe going on!
Kathy: I know! We have her do all the outgoing messages on our answering machines. You wouldn't BELIEVE how much it cuts down on unwanted calls!
Fred: I'm telling her you said that!
